H.E. Mr. Khalifa Bin Thani Al-Zarraa, the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Asmara attended the official celebrations of the State of Eritrea on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of independence on Tuesday May 24, 2022, at Asmara International Stadium in the presence of H.H President Isaias Afwerki, President of the State of Eritrea, Ministers, Officials and Senior military leaders, Heads of accredited diplomatic missions and organizations, Eritrean federations, associations and institutions, and large numbers of the Eritrean people.
The celebration included military, artistic and cultural performances.
